Welcome to Areej Zainab. By accessing our website and placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all customers purchasing from Areej Zainab. Please read them carefully before placing your order.
Areej Zainab is a western wear fashion brand operating exclusively within Pakistan.
Delivery Policy
At Areej Zainab, we focus on delivering thoughtfully crafted western wear with strict quality checks before dispatch. Every order goes through inspection to ensure it meets our brand standards.
• Orders are processed after successful order placement and confirmation via WhatsApp or email.
• Delivery is available within Pakistan only.
• Estimated delivery time is 14–16 working days from order confirmation.
• Orders are dispatched on business days only (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays in Pakistan.
• Delivery charges are completely free across Pakistan.
Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate delivery details. In case the courier is unable to contact the customer or deliver due to incorrect information, the responsibility will lie with the customer.
Payment Methods
We currently offer the following payment option:
• Online Bank Transfer (PKR only)
Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
• Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of order placement.
• Cancellation requests made after 48 hours will not be entertained.
• Once the order has entered production or has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
To request a cancellation within the allowed time, please contact us through our official WhatsApp or email.
No Refund / No Exchange Policy
Areej Zainab follows a strict no refund and no exchange policy.
• Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
• This policy applies to all items, including full-priced, discounted, or promotional products.
• Customers are advised to review product details, sizing, and descriptions carefully before placing an order.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Order Issues
In the rare event that:
• An incorrect item is delivered, or
• The product arrives damaged due to courier handling
Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, along with clear photo or video evidence. Areej Zainab reserves the right to assess the issue and provide a resolution at its discretion.
General Conditions
• Areej Zainab reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order without prior notice.
• Product colors may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
• Prices, availability, and product details are subject to change without notice.
• Customers must be 18 years or older to place an order.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and payment information.
Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchases made with Areej Zainab shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
